Recent Inspiration
And the things that keep me sane.
Few pastimes bring more inspiration for me than digging in the dirt. Especially if you are placing beautiful flowers or plants in place. My favorite for this spring was chocolate chip aguga and hydrangeas (I planted 5 varieties this year)! I don’t know how people survive each other without digging in the dirt. Honestly…such a mental saver.

Songbirds Keep the Soul Alive.
I dreamed of being a dancer. I never even took dance as a child, but I loved to dance…and still do. However, if I had to play music or sing music or write music to keep the world spinning, let’s just say – it would stop. But somehow I’ve raised musical children. My son can play guitar, my youngest daughter can sing and play piano, and my eldest daughter is a gifted musician, performer, and songwriter. Frankly, she still shocks me she’s so good! This lovely baby grand was a gift to her (and to me, since I get to hear her play). If your ears want to be blessed…you should take a listen here. You’ll thank me later!
